Please contact us directly to request a return goods authorization (RGA) number. No returns, exchanges, or warranty claims, including those for wiper kits, will be accepted without prior approval and a valid RGA.

Our warranty is a lifetime limited warranty, which means coverage lasts for the life of the product under normal use. However, the claim must follow the proper process and meet eligibility requirements, including proof of original purchase. This applies to all covered products, including wiper kits.
