All return requests must be approved in advance and accompanied by a Return Good Authorization (RGA) number. To request an RGA, please contact us directly.


  • Time Limit: No returns will be accepted after one year from the original date of purchase.
  • Condition: Returned items must be unused, in original packaging, and fully resaleable.
  • Restocking Fees:
  • Returns within 90 days may be subject to a restocking fee, based on the condition of the returned item.
  • A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns made between 91 days and one year.
  • Eligibility: Only products purchased directly from us are eligible for a refund. Proof of purchase is required.
  • Shipping: Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.



Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Proof of purchase is required. If the product was purchased from a dealer, a copy of the dealer invoice must be provided.
  • Shipping: Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

  • How do I request a return, exchange, or warranty claim?

    Please contact us directly to request a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number. No returns, exchanges, or warranty claims will be accepted without prior approval and a valid RGA.

  • Can I return a product I bought from a dealer?

    Yes, but only if the purchase was made through one of our authorized dealers. You must provide a copy of your dealer invoice as proof of purchase. Items bought from secondary markets (e.g., eBay, swap meets) are not eligible for return, exchange, or warranty coverage.

  • Do I have to pay shipping when returning a product?

    Yes, customers are responsible for all return or exchange shipping costs. For warranty claims, shipping to our facility is the customer's responsibility. If the part is deemed defective and returned within 30 days, we will reimburse the original shipping cost.

  • What happens if I need a replacement part before I can send in the defective one?

    We will charge full price for the replacement part (dealer pricing for dealers). Once we receive the defective part within 30 days, we will issue a refund for the purchase price and the original shipping charge.

  • Are there any restocking fees?

    Yes, Restocking fees are applied based on the time elapsed and condition of the item:


    • 0-90 days: Fee may apply depending on item condition.
    • 91 days - 1 year: 15% restocking fee.
    • After 1 year: Returns and exchanges are not accepted without management approval.
